Struggles on the sidelines

Both Mahomes and Kelce had a tough time against the Raiders defense and their frustrations were evident on the sideline.

During the early part of the game, Mahomes was seen chastising his offensive line. The Chiefs struggled to score, with their first three drives resulting in punts. They didn't manage to get on the scoreboard until the second quarter when Isiah Pacheco scored a touchdown from 12 yards out, putting the Chiefs up 7-3.

However, the Chiefs then turned the ball over on consecutive drives, leading to touchdowns for the Raiders. Raider's defensive lineman Bilal Nichols recovered a fumble for a touchdown, and Jack Jones intercepted Mahomes' pass and returned it 33 yards for a touchdown. By halftime, the Raiders were leading 17-7.

Kelce's frustrations

Travis Kelce, too, was feeling the frustrations during the game. After coming off the field, he took off his helmet and angrily slammed it into the watercooler stand.

As the Chiefs started to struggle, the Raiders gained momentum. In the first half, Mahomes completed 13 of his 21 passes for 97 yards and threw an interception. Kelce had four catches for 42 yards.

The Chiefs had previously defeated the Raiders 31-17 a few weeks ago. They were hoping to build some momentum before heading into the playoffs.

Chiefs' recent performance

Last week, the Chiefs snapped a two-game losing streak with a win over the New England Patriots.
