Coney Island Amusement Park to Close After 125 Years

A Farewell Message to Loyal Patrons

New Owners and Exciting Plans

Music & Event Management Inc. (MEMI), a subsidiary of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, will be purchasing Coney Island. They have revealed their intention to transform the park into the nation's best amphitheater.

MEMI aims to create a venue that will host exceptional concerts and events, providing an unparalleled entertainment experience for the community. This new development holds promise for a vibrant and dynamic future.

Refunds and Gift Card Information

For individuals who have already purchased a 2024 season pass for Sunlite Pool, Coney Island has assured that they will receive a full refund. Credit card purchases and payment plans will be credited back to the original card used for the transaction.

For those who used cash or gift cards to purchase their season pass, a check will be mailed to the address of the pass holder. Additionally, anyone with unused gift cards can still utilize them for in-person admission at the gate for Coney Island's holiday display until December 31.
