Emma Raducanu, the 2021 US Open Champion, leads the list of players who have been awarded main draw wild cards for the 2024 BNP Paribas Open. This prestigious event, which combines ATP Masters 1000 and WTA 1000 tournaments, will take place from March 3-17 at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

Alongside Raducanu, other notable players receiving wild cards include former World No. 1 Karolina Pliskova, a two-time Grand Slam finalist, and Paula Badosa, the reigning champion of the BNP Paribas Open in 2021.

The inclusion of these talented players adds excitement and anticipation to the upcoming tournament, as fans eagerly await their performances on the court.

Additional Wild Card Recipients

In addition to the headline players, several other athletes have also been awarded entry into the main draw. Amanda Anisimova, a 22-year-old American who reached the fourth round in Melbourne earlier this year, will compete alongside Ashlyn Krueger and McCartney Kessler.

Furthermore, two well-known champions, Venus Williams and Caroline Wozniacki, have also received main draw wild cards. Venus Williams, a former World No. 1 and seven-time Grand Slam Singles Champion, will be returning to the tournament for the first time since 2019, as will Wozniacki, the 2018 Australian Open and 2011 BNP Paribas Open Champion.

The inclusion of these experienced and accomplished players adds depth and competitiveness to the already impressive lineup for the 2024 BNP Paribas Open.

Exciting Prospects in the Men's Draw

The ATP main draw wild card recipients for the 2024 BNP Paribas Open feature talented players from around the world. Brandon Nakashima, a 22-year-old American who won his inaugural title at his hometown San Diego Open and the Next Gen ATP Finals crown in 2022, is set to make his mark on the tournament.

Joining him is Fabio Fognini, a former World No. 9 and nine-time ATP Tour Singles Champion, as well as Jakub Mensik, the finalist of the 2024 Qatar Open. Patrick Kypson, a three-time ATP Challenger Tour winner, and Aleksander Kovacevic, a former University of Illinois All-American, complete the list of ATP main draw wild card recipients.
