Dr. William McGann Promoted to CEO at Quantum Computing Inc.

Quantum Computing Inc. (QCI) has announced internal management changes, promoting Dr. William McGann to the position of CEO. Previously serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Dr. McGann assumes leadership of the company, succeeding Robert Liscouski, co-founder and Chairman of the Board.
