Jagr Begins 36th Pro Season with Assist

Jaromir Jagr, the legendary hockey player, has started his 36th professional season with an assist for his hometown team, the Kladno Knights. Despite being down 3-0, Jagr and the team managed to tie the score before losing to league leader Pardubice.

Jagr played for 13 minutes and 44 seconds in his debut game. Although he didn't speak to reporters after the game, Kladno's coach praised his contribution as 'excellent'.

Kladno, currently second to last in the league, is hoping that Jagr's return will give the team a much-needed boost.

Jagr's Late Start to the Season

This season, Jagr made his debut for Kladno in the team's 26th game. However, this is not uncommon for the veteran player as he had a similar late start in the previous season.

Jagr, who started his career with Kladno as a teenager, returned to the club in 2018 after being released by the Calgary Flames, for whom he had been playing in the NHL.

Known as the NHL's second-all-time-leading point scorer, Jagr's presence on the ice is highly anticipated by fans and fellow teammates alike.
