Pickled Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

1 pound of cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup of thinly sliced red onions

1 cup of chopped celery

1 cup of sliced cucumbers

1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill

1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

1/2 cup of white vinegar

1/4 cup of olive oil

1 tablespoon of sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, red onions, celery, cucumbers, dill, and parsley.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the shrimp mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve the pickled shrimp salad chilled and enjoy!
