The injured woman was immediately transported to a hospital, where she is expected to survive. The suspect, described as a Black male wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and a black mask, is still at large.

Syriah Williams, who was present at the mall during the shooting, reported hearing several shots and described the chaotic scene that followed. Mall employees quickly reacted by opening the back storage area and directing everyone to evacuate.
