In the semi-finals of the Argentina Open, Nicolas Jarry beat Carlos Alcaraz with a 7-6(2) 6-3 victory. Alcaraz, the world No. 2, was looking for his first trophy of the season after losing in the quarter-finals of the Australian Open. Jarry will play Facundo Diaz Acosta in the final.

Jarry held his nerve in the first set and delivered five aces, compared to Alcaraz's none. The set went with serve and forced a tie-break, which Jarry won 7-2. In the second set, Jarry went 4-3 up and secured a break to move one game from victory. Alcaraz put up a fight but Jarry remained composed and claimed the win.

Speaking after his victory, Jarry said that it meant a lot to him, especially after the tough battles he had in the previous days. He mentioned that he didn't start well, but slowly made a comeback.

Jannik Sinner Reaches Rotterdam Open Final

Jannik Sinner, the Australian Open champion, reached the final of the Rotterdam Open by defeating Tallon Griekspoor 6-2 6-4 in their semi-final match. Sinner had an exceptional start to the season, winning this year's first Grand Slam at the Australian Open and the Open Sud de France two weeks ago.

Sinner dominated in the first set, moving 5-1 ahead and eventually winning it 6-2. In the second set, Griekspoor put up a fight and was 3-2 up before Sinner broke to move 5-4 clear. Sinner claimed the decisive set in just 82 minutes, extending his winning streak to 14 matches.
